If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to XerAds Platform and wish to delete the associated data, we provide a transparent and automated process to ensure your privacy is protected.
Data We Store
- Encrypted Facebook/Instagram access tokens
- Page names and unique identifiers
- Posting history created via XerAds
Privacy Guarantee
We never store personal profile data, private messages, friend lists, or non-business account information. Your privacy is our priority.
How to Delete Your Data
Automated Process (Recommended)
Open Settings in your XerAds dashboard
Navigate to the "Connected Accounts" tab
Click "Disconnect" next to your Facebook/Instagram account
Confirm deletion - connection data will be deleted within 24 hours
Manual Request
If you cannot access your account, email us at privacy@xerads.id with the subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
