Managed operations

A managed service—not a BYOK campaign builder.

Customers do not connect Google Ads accounts, enter developer tokens, create remote drafts, publish ads, retry failed setup, or refresh reporting manually. Those operational actions stay with the XerAds campaign operator so responsibility for setup and channel access is clear.

  • Submit a brief from an existing completed media plan.
  • Keep campaign setup, launch, and channel credentials with XerAds.
  • Use the customer dashboard for status, notes, and read-only reporting.

Agency workflow

Agency clients work through an Agency PIC.

For agency workspaces, the existing agency administrator acts as the Agency PIC. The PIC configures the agency’s Google developer token and OAuth credentials, connects agency-owned accounts, and operates campaigns for agency staff. Agency staff can submit briefs and view only their own reports.

  • Agency PIC: provider credentials and campaign operations.
  • Agency staff: briefs and read-only reporting only.
  • Customer account access and BYOK are never exposed to agency staff.

Campaign visibility without campaign-operation access.

Your dashboard surfaces the latest available Google Ads campaign state and reporting snapshot. It is designed for visibility and collaboration—not as a tool for customers to change targeting, launch campaigns, or spend budget directly.

Can I connect my own Google Ads account?+

No. XerAds Ads Management is a managed service. Customers submit campaign briefs; the XerAds campaign operator manages credentials, setup, launch, and reporting.

What can I do in the customer dashboard?+

You can submit an ad brief from a completed media plan, see brief status and operator notes, and view read-only channel reports for your campaigns.

Does the Agency PIC have different access?+

Yes. The agency administrator is the Agency PIC. They configure agency-owned provider credentials and operate campaigns for their agency clients.

Can agency staff launch ads?+

No. Agency staff can submit briefs and view their own reports. Campaign operations remain with the Agency PIC.

Is this the same as the Google App Campaign service?+

No. XerAds may offer separate managed Google App Campaign services. This page describes the media-plan-first managed Google Ads workflow in Ads Management.
