XerAds

Managed Meta Ads service

Your Meta Ads brief.
Managed by the right operator.

XerAds manages Meta Ads campaign setup and operations for direct customers. Agency clients work through their Agency PIC. In both cases, customers submit a brief and view reports—they do not connect Meta accounts, use BYOK, or launch campaigns themselves.

Read-only access

A channel report appears after the operator completes a sync.

Meta Ads

A managed path from strategy to Meta reporting.

A completed media plan provides the campaign direction. The customer sends the brief; the authorized operator handles the provider connection, campaign setup, launch, and reporting sync.

01

Complete your media plan

Prepare the objective, budget direction, audience, placement, and creative context in XerAds.

02

Send a Meta Ads brief

Select Meta Ads and submit the campaign context for an operator to review. No Facebook Login or account connection is required from the customer.

03

Authorized operator sets up

XerAds administrators manage direct-customer campaigns. For agency clients, the Agency PIC manages the agency-owned provider credentials and operations.

04

View channel reports

The dashboard shows brief progress, operator notes, campaign state, and read-only Meta Ads reporting.

Managed operations

Managed campaign operations with no customer BYOK.

The customer dashboard is not an ad-account console. It is a place to send a well-structured brief and stay informed. Meta OAuth permissions, ad-account connection, campaign changes, publishing, retries, and reporting sync are restricted to the authorized operator.

  • Customer: submit briefs and view reports.
  • XerAds admin: operate direct-customer Meta campaigns.
  • Agency PIC: operate agency-client Meta campaigns.

Agency workflow

Agency PICs own agency provider access.

The agency administrator is presented as the Agency PIC. This role configures the agency’s Meta application/OAuth credentials, connects the agency’s advertising accounts, and runs campaigns submitted by agency staff. Agency staff remain clients of their agency and have brief/report access only.

  • Agency PIC credentials are encrypted and isolated to the agency.
  • Agency staff cannot access Meta OAuth, connected accounts, or campaign controls.
  • A valid Meta data-deletion request removes the corresponding operator credential and Meta-derived ads data.

Read the results, without changing the campaign.

Campaign and insight snapshots from Meta Ads are available in the dashboard once the operator syncs them. This keeps channel reporting visible while preserving a single accountable operator for each campaign.

Can I use Facebook Login to connect my own account?+

No. Customers do not connect Meta accounts for Ads Management. The XerAds operator, or an Agency PIC for agency workspaces, manages the authorized provider connection.

Which Meta permissions are used?+

Only authorized operators use Meta OAuth. The managed workflow uses public_profile, ads_read, and ads_management as required for account discovery, reporting, and campaign management.

Can agency staff run Meta Ads?+

No. Agency staff can submit briefs and view only their own reports. The Agency PIC configures credentials and runs agency-client campaigns.

How do Meta data deletion requests work?+

The Meta deletion callback removes the matching operator connection and Meta-derived Ads Management data, then returns a deletion confirmation URL.

Does reporting mean continuous automated optimization?+

No. The current service workflow provides campaign setup, operator-managed actions, and read-only reporting. It does not promise automatic optimization.
